What’s Included:
Athlete Assessment & Coaching Consultation
We start by understanding you—your current fitness level, training history, event goals, and schedule. This initial consultation ensures your plan is built with you in mind.
Custom Training Plan
Receive a personalized plan designed to prepare you for one specific event, up to 20 weeks in length. Your plan:
- Is crafted based on your unique needs and goals as an athlete
- Is customized to specific requirements of your target event (terrain, distance, elevation, etc.)
- Specific workouts with detailed instructions and a clear description of the intended training effect (e.g., endurance, speed, or recovery)
- Assessment workouts scheduled throughout the plan to identify proper training efforts and track your progress over time
Ongoing Support
- Email Access: Have questions about your workouts? Need clarification? We’re here to help.
- Monthly Adjustments: Life happens, and training needs can change. We offer monthly adjustments to keep your plan aligned with your goals.
Proven Expertise
For a one-time fee of $150, you’ll receive the same level of personalized attention and planning that our premium 1:1 coaching clients enjoy.
